Basic Emergency Nursing Program

Take our 4-day Basic Emergency Nursing Program - March 19, 20, 21, 22, 2018. 

 

This course is presented by Bella P. Harrison, RNC who has 27 years of nursing experience specializing in trauma and emergency care.  For 10 years she has served as a team member on multiple Red Cross Disaster Teams in the US and abroad.  The Basic Emergency Nursing Program curriculum she has developed is based on Sheehy's Manual of Emergency Nursing Care 7th Edition.   

 

This 4-day course provides RN's the essential knowledge base required for assessment and initial management of the emergency patient. Each day is structured to build from basic nursing emergency care to more complex care. The last day is devoted to management of Trauma and can be taken as a single class day.*

Course fee $525  

Register Early!- $495 early-bird pricing is available for those registering at least two weeks in advance of class start date by March 5.

NOTE: Two-week advanced registration is recommended for precourse study of required textbook.

 A Basic Emergency Nursing Program certificate is provided upon completion of all 4 days. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 13935 for 32 contact hours.

 Sheehy's Manual of Emergency Care- 7th Edition is mandatory for this course and may be purchased here or at Amazon. 

 *Trauma Management Basics can be taken as a one-day class!  Find the class under CE Classes tab.
