COURSE REGISTRATION

Registration is not guaranteed until American Health Education, Inc has received your payment and processed your class registration. In the event of a course cancellation initiated by American Health Education, Inc., you will receive a full refund. Program date changes or cancellations may occur in the event of unforeseen instructor emergencies. American Health Education, Inc, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY

(not applicable to Paramedic, EMT, or BPPE approved courses or Training Programs)

Transfer request must be 8 working days or more in advance of course. Transfer fee of $15 applies. Student not eligible to receive refund after transfer.

In the event of Student initiated course cancellation, the following applies:

• 15 or more working days notice= Refund less $25 cancellation fee.
• 8-14 working days notice= Refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
• 7 working days or less notice= NO REFUND OR TRANSFER.

Students must contact AHE staff directly to cancel- Mon-Fri 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. Books are not returnable and book fees are non-refundable.
